Painted in 2003 at 25 by 32 inches. Callie was very kind to pose for me, just to that I'd have a model with whom to learn a thing or two about painting. I did a lot of experimenting with markmaking and composition in this piece and, in the end, there are a few elements I'm not entirely in love with, but all in all I think it's still rather lovely. In the end, I offered it to Callie as a gift, which she gladly accepted.
