Painted in 2009, 19 by 25 inches. It's obvious to most people that I have a preoccupation with and (I fancy to so compliment myself) an affinity for painting skies and clouds. It's natural then, when trying something a bit different thematically (painting a winter scene) to make it fixed predominantly on the sky. Perhaps my next winterscape will be a little bit closer to earth.
